Charity show cooking

In a huge interest was held the fifth charity dinner of the Sts. Constantine and Helena Foundation that was arranged in support of children deprived of parental care and kids with special needs. An initiative took place on 28th January in Rappongi Restaurant in Varna and offered to the audience a show cooking made by five famous bulgarian chefs - Plamen Stamov (Rappongi) - the man for whom cooking is a combination of love and experiment; Velin Velikov (Rakera Rakia Bar - Sofia) - master in the kitchen, whose trademark are seemingly impossible food combinations; Valentin Vassilev (HVD hotels) - extremely precise in design and taste of the dishes, which prepares; Ivan Kirin (Black Sea Rama Golf & Villas) - the man who relies on improvisation and seek his own style in any recipe; Emil Stoychov (The Bay Fish & BBQ) - the chef, whose trademarks are oriental specialties and Mediterranean cuisine.

The culinary event submitted original specialties arranged in a 5-course meal and supplemented with selected wines - white and red, from Bulgaria, Italy and Spain. Special guests were sommelier Marin Atanasov, who selected the wine list in the show and Mrs. Hadas Shabat of Ishy bakery  - Sofia, which made desserts for the evening with the help of children with an affinity of cooking from Family type centers Drugarche and Izgrev.
