Art for children in need!

A new school year 2015 with Sts. Constantine and Helena Foundation

With best wishes for a successful new school year, the Sts. Constantine and Helena Foundation and this year the tradition for September 15th to delight children and young people from institutions that assist with notebooks, school supplies, exercise books, drawing and additional materialsq training aids.

49 children from 7 to 17 years and their teachers from special boarding school Sts. Cyril and Methodius in the village of Krivnya, municipality of Provadia, welcomed the new academic year with repaired classroom doors and in the boarding house. The repair was carried out with the help of the Sts. Constantine and Helena Foundation, which gifted the children also books with fairy-tales and kits for painting, coloring and modeling to application.

The necessary educational materials and new school uniforms, textbooks and school aids were also secured for the 8 students from the Family Accommodation Centre of home Drugarche. 

The Foundation has already assisted and 24 children and adolescents, ensconced in the Izgrev centers for family-type accommodation. They have been provided with all necessary for normal functioning of the educational process, as well as sports equipment.

The Foundation donated backpacks and school supplies for  20 young people from The Princess Nadezhda Home in Varna too. 

The new school year support initiative for children in need is a traditional for Foundation and is linked to one of its main missions - to promote education and training of children at risk, improving their household living conditions and personal comfort, to promote socialization and integration into society.
