Art for children in need!

Charity dinner organized by St. St. Constantine and Helen foundation

For the fourth year in a row, St. St. Constantine and Helena Foundation organised a charity dinner which took place in restaurant Red Canapé, Graffit Gallery Hotel. The funds raised this year round will be provided for support of children deprived of parental care in home Drugarche and home Knyaginya Nadezhda in Varna and special boarding school St. St. Cyril and Methodius, the village of Krivnya.

The elegant event took place on 3 April (Thursday) at 7:00 pm and, as the tradition goes, it showcased the mastery of the fifth best cooks and confectioners in the marine capital. 

The five-level menu was prepared by the team of restaurant Red Canapé – Plamen Stamov, Emil Stoichov and guest cooks: Petar Yorgov (chef – restaurant-winery Di Wine), Emil Vidov  (chef – restaurant Rappongi) and Eleonora Damianova (head confectioner – restaurant-winery Di Wine) who gladly accepted the invitation to join the charity initative.

A special guest was the highly attractive sommelier Liubomir Stoianov (restaurant-winery Di Wine) – winner of the Sommelier of Year 2007 award from the Fourth National Contest for the best sommelier in Bulgaria. The selection of wines for the evening was provided by Casa Sicilia in support of the noble cause.

Smooth Sax Romantic Melodies – Ogi Tsankov (live sax) was the music accompaniment of the evening.
