Wine jumble sale

Jumble sale organized by the "St. St. Constantine and Helena" Foundation and "Lovico Suhindol" was presented in "Old Varna" museum. A collection of selected and unique wines, the proceeds of which will be spent to support the homes for children, deprived of parent's care "Knjaginja Nadejda" in Varna and the boarding-school for mentally deficient children "St. St. Kiril and Metodii" in Krivnja, was in the centre of the sale.
The invited connoisseurs had the opportunity to choose between unique original wines of the brands Gumza (vintage 1918, 1983, 1984, 1987), Cabernet Sauvignon (vintage 1973, 1985, 1987), Merlot (vintage 1973, 1976), Tamjanka (vintage 1958) and the collector's wines Tsar Simeon - Cabernet Sauvignon (vintage 1990), Merlot (vintage 1992) and Gumza (vintage 1994), bottled for England. The oldest bottle of wine sold on the sale was Gumza-1918 and the most wanted was the Cabernet Sauvignon Tsar Simeon special reserve 1990 made of hand-picked grapes from 30 years old vineyard and remained 36 months in an oak wood.
